Below are some photos of our SOUTH FACING private pool, spa and lanai. The pool area and lanai are fully screened in to provide the best enjoyment! A pool child safety fence is included and setup at the home. It may be pulled back to allow a larger patio area. Click on an image below to enlarge the photo.

	The pool area has two dining tables in the screened in lanai. We have included plastic dishware to use poolside.
	Four loungers are provided to allow you soak up the sun or relax in the shade.
	Beautiful backyard does not back up to other houses! The pool is South facing, so sunshine is abundant all day. The lanai is covered so there is also ample shade.
	A removable safety gate is provided to help prevent children from accessing the pool without an adult. The gate is removable and can be pulled back to leave the entire pool area open. A pool door alarm is also going to be installed.
	The large screened in lanai and pool area is great for enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine.
	Two dining tables are located under the covered lanai.
	Large private pool and hot tub.
