The Beach Themed Bedroom is great for kids, teens AND adults. It features a double full bunk bed! That means a full sized bed on the bottom AND a full sized bed on the top! The room is decorated in surf and beach themed decor. The colors are gender neutral just incase you have a picky teenager that refuses to sleep in a pink bedroom! Fun is right here in this room.
This bedroom could comfortably sleep 2-3 people. A 26 inch flat screen TV and DVD combo is located in the room forr televsion viewing. An X-Box 360 with games are also in the room to enjoy.

Let your kids enjoy the magic of Disney right in their own room while they stay in Florida! This bedroom is decked out in Disney Cars furniture collection and themed decor. Your little ones will love sleeping in the Lightening McQueen car beds. There are two twin car beds to sleep in. A 22 inch flat screen TV is wall mounted for the children to enjoy. We have also provided a PS2 with games for them to play. The PS2 also has DVD capabilities.

What girl doesn't want to be a princess? No one. SO, for all the want to be princesses out there, we have created a Disney Princess themed bedroom. This bedroom features the Disney Princess furniture collection. The room is drenched in pinks and purples to delight every little girl. They can enjoy the magic of Disney while they sleep at night! A 26 inch flat screen TV and DVD combo is wall mounted for the children to enjoy. We have also provided a V-smile with games for them to play.

Your own private Game and Rec Room is FULLY loaded. This room can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages. We tried to think of everything to make our villas the most enjoyable experience for our guests. The room is air conditioned so you will be able to enjoy the room even on the hottest of days! The game room features a pool table with cues for all ages - standard sizes and child sizes, a shuffle board table, a full sized arcade machine, two slot machines, a dart board machine, a 46 inch LCD TV with cable, and a Wii System with games. This room is brightly decorated to maximize the fun!

A private pool and spa is right in the backyard! This home has a full size pool and hot tub for your private use. The pool is SOUTH FACING, so the sunlight on our pool is at a maximum throughout the day! It is completely screened in for your enjoyment! There is an outdoor dining area as well as lounge chairs along the pool to relax in. Feel like BBQ? We can provide an optional gas grill for you to use. You can grill and eat outside and then take a dip in the pool to cool off. It doesn't get much better than this. No need to fight the crowds like you do at a hotel pool. The only one in this pool will be you!

Gourmet Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel applicances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Dishes are available in ceramaic for indoor use and plastic for poolside dining. Pots and pans, bakeware, silverware, glassware, measuring cups, etc. are all also provided for you. The kitchen also has all of the small appliances you are accustomed to at home - a toaster, coffee maker, can opener, blender, etc. We tried to think of it all for you. The only thing you will need to provide is the food, which is easily accessible from one of the many grocery stores in the area. Please see area information for a list of local stores.

Family Lounge

The Family Lounge is a large room where everyone can hang out and relax. This room boasts beautiful leather couches and a big screen TV. The TV is a 55 inch high definition flat screen with 5.1 surround sound. HD movies and games can be enjoyed on the Playstation 3. Also in the lounge is a computer station. You can use our computer to surf the Internet or hook up your laptop to our FREE INTERNET.

Laundry Room
Cleaning is never fun, BUT with your own laundry room to use while you are here, you can pack less! That's always nice, especially if you are traveling as a family by car where room is tight or you're traveling by air since they now charge per bag to check. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are all available for you.
